Santa Ynez Valley, California (March 18, 2021) – Four people were injured, and one person hospitalized following a multi-vehicle crash in Santa Ynez Valley Thursday morning, according to a local news source.
The accident occurred at about 8:14 a.m. in a construction zone on Highway 154 near the Cold Spring Bridge.
Authorities said four vehicles were involved in rear-end crashes in the eastbound lanes of Highway 154.
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and rendered aid to four people who were injured as a result of the crash.
One patient was then taken to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital with moderate injuries. Three other people had minor injuries.
