Leeroy Carralez ID’d as 1 of 2 Men Killed in Stanislaus County Car Crash on West Main Street near Carpenter Road

Stanislaus County, California (March 11, 2021) – Leeroy Carralez, 81, of Patterson, has been identified as one of the two men who were killed in a Monday afternoon two-vehicle accident in Stanislaus County, according to the Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office.
The deadly accident occurred at around noon, on March 8, on West Main Street, just east of South Carpenter Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a silver Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Carralez, collided head-on with a black Chevrolet sedan, driven by Jose Arrizon Jr., 34, of Patterson, on West Main Street.
One of the vehicles reportedly drifted into the path of the other, causing the collision.

Sadly, both Arrizon Jr. and the other driver were pronounced dead at the scene.
Police shut down West Main at Crows Landing and Carpenter roads while the investigation and cleanup took place.
