One Person Injured in Coachella Crash at Calhoun Street and Avenue 53
Coachella, California (March 10, 2021) – One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Tuesday afternoon in Coachella, authorities said.
The accident occurred at about 4:50 p.m., on March 9, at Calhoun Street and Avenue 53.
According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided at the intersection in unclear circumstances.
One person was injured in the accident and was taken to John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Indio for treatment.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene following the collision.

The crash remains under investigation.
