Compton Crash on Interstate 710 near Alondra Boulevard Results in Minor Injuries
Compton, California (March 10, 2021) – Minor injuries were sustained in a Compton crash that took place early Wednesday morning on Interstate 710, the California Highway Patrol reported.
CHP said just before 2:00 a.m., a semi-truck collided with another car in the southbound lanes just north of E Alondra Boulevard for unknown reasons.
The vehicles were blocking the Nos. 1, 2, and 3 lanes after the collision.
The report said the crash resulted in minor injuries but did not mention the number of patients.
The truck acquired major front-end damage and required to be towed away from the scene.
CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
