22-Year-Old Oriana Rousseau Hurt in Tustin Fatal Accident on 55 Freeway

Tustin, California (February 23, 2021) – 22-year-old Oriana Rousseau was hospitalized after being involved in an alleged Tustin DUI car collision early Tuesday morning, the California Highway Patrol reported.

Authorities said the fatal crash took place at about 2:10 a.m. on 55 Freeway.

The accident involved a Lexus SUV operated by Rousseau and a BMW sedan driven by 27-year-old Anthony Robles of Rowland Heights southbound on 55 Freeway at a high rate of speed.

The SUV reportedly rolled over after the BMW crashed into its back in the morning.

Oriana Rousseau Tustin Fatal Accident 

A 24-year-old Anaheim woman, riding in the BMW as a passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Rousseau, a Newport Beach resident, was hospitalized with moderate injuries.

Robles, who was intoxicated at the time of the collision, was rushed to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries. He was later arrested after being discharged from the hospital.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
