Motorcyclist Hospitalized after Fresno Crash at Grantland and Shields Avenues
Fresno, California (February 19, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a Fresno motorcycle crash that sent one person to the hospital Thursday evening.
The alleged hit-and-run collision was reported shortly before 6:30 p.m. in the area of North Grantland and West Shields avenues
It was not immediately established how a motorcyclist was hit by a vehicle at the Fresno intersection in the evening hours.
Fresno Motorcycle Accident Thursday Evening
The rider, whose name was not revealed, was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Authorities are still investigating to locate the involved motorist who escaped the scene after the accident.
