2 Injured, 1 Seriously in Fallbrook Crash on South Mission Road
Fallbrook, California (February 14, 2021) – One person was seriously injured in a Saturday morning traffic accident in Fallbrook, authorities said.
The major injury accident occurred at about 9:15 a.m., on February 13, on South Mission Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a minivan collided head-on with a full-size van on the roadway in unclear circumstances.

One driver sustained major injuries and was to Palomar Medical Center in Escondido for treatment.
The other driver sustained minor injuries and declined hospitalization.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
