Ruben Lizarraga Hit, Killed by Vehicle on Highway 101 in San Jose
Ruben Lizarraga ID’d as 62-Year-Old San Jose Man Killed in San Jose Pedestrian Crash on Highway 101
San Jose, California (February 12, 2021) – Ruben Osomio Lizarraga, 62, of San Jose, has been identified as the man who was killed in a Friday night traffic accident in San Jose, according to the Santa Clara County medical examiner’s office.
The deadly pedestrian accident occurred at about 11:00 p.m., on February 5, on Highway 101.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Lizarraga was struck by a southbound vehicle as he was running across lanes of traffic on the highway.

Sadly, Lizarraga was pronounced dead at the scene.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
