Indio, California (February 9, 2021) – One person died after being struck by a vehicle Monday evening in Indio, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The deadly pedestrian crash happened shortly before 10:10 p.m. on Interstate 10 near Golf Center Parkway.
As per the report, a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the eastbound side of the interstate on February 8.
Interstate 10 near Golf Center Parkway Accident Kills One Person
The victim, whose name was not immediately revealed, died in the accident, the Riverside County Fire Department said.
Details regarding the driver of the involved car were not established at the time of the report.
