Sherman Oaks Car Accident on 101 Freeway Left Male Party Dead
Sherman Oaks, California (February 8, 2021) – A traffic collision involving two vehicles early Monday morning in Sherman Oaks left a male party dead.
The fatal crash took place on the 101 Freeway at Van Nuys Boulevard just before 2 a.m.
As per the California Highway Patrol report, a box truck was rear-ended by an SUV on the eastbound side of the freeway for unknown reasons.
Man Killed in Sherman Oaks Car Collision
The SUV operator was declared dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the box truck operator was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
