At Least 1 Injured in Redlands Car Crash on 210 Freeway at San Bernardino Avenue
Redlands, California (February 8, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a car accident that took place Sunday afternoon in Redlands, the California Highway Patrol said.
At around 12:12 p.m. February 7, a black BMW and a black Tesla collided on westbound 210 Freeway at San Bernardino Avenue.
The BMW was blocking the No. 1 lane and the Tesla the slow lane.
Firefighters responding to the scene said one party was bleeding from the face. An ambulance was discharged to the scene to offer the victim medical aid.
Airbags were deployed in the BMW, and a wheel and other debris from the car were in the roadway.
Tow trucks were needed to remove the vehicles from the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
