Daniel Haverty Injured in Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash on Reche Road in Landers
Daniel Haverty among 2 Injured in Landers Car Crash on Reche Road near Sage Avenue

Landers, California (February 5, 2021) – Daniel Haverty, 24, of Landers, were among two people who were injured in a traffic accident in Landers Thursday afternoon, according to a local news source.
The single-vehicle crash happened at around 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 4, on Reche Road, just east of Sage Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Haverty was driving a 2004 Ford Mustang eastbound on Reche Road when he attempted to pass a vehicle that was in front of him.
For unknown reasons, Haverty made an unsafe turning movement and crashed into a raised embankment on the south side of Reche Road, causing the Mustang to roll over multiple times.
Villareal, who was riding as a passenger in the Mustang, was airlifted to Desert Hospital in Palm Springs with traumatic injuries.
Haverty was transported by a land ambulance to a nearby hospital in unknown condition.
Alcohol or drugs were not considered a factor in the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
