San Diego, CA: Injuries Reported after Multiple Vehicles Crash on 15 Freeway near University Avenue
1 Injured in San Diego Accident on State Route 15 at University Avenue
San Diego, California (January 28, 2021) – One person was hurt after multiple vehicles crashed Thursday morning in San Diego, a local news source reported.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash site in the morning hours on the northbound 15 Freeway at University Avenue.
The accident involved a white Mitsubishi Lancer, a white Toyota RAV4, and a white utility truck that crashed in the No. 1 lane under unclear circumstances.
Due to the impact, the sedan was up against the center divider while SUV faced the wrong direction.

An SUV occupant sustained a knee injury following the wreck.
Officials said tow trucks were required to remove at least two of the automobiles away from the scene.
