1 Killed in Santa Rosa Car Crash on Highway 101 near College Avenue
Santa Rosa, California (January 28, 2021) – At least one person was killed in a car accident that happened in Santa Rosa on Thursday morning.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the deadly collision happened at about 9:37 a.m. on Highway 101 near College Avenue.
A black Chrysler is reported to have collided with a silver sedan for unknown reasons. The officers who responded to the incident located the Chrysler on the right shoulder.
The events leading up to the collision were yet to be established.
As per the CHP incident logs, one person was killed in the accident.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
