1 Killed in Oroville Accident on Oro Dam Boulevard
Oroville, California (January 27, 2021) – Authorities are investigating the cause of a pedestrian accident that left one person dead Monday night in Oroville.
On January 25, at about 10:20 p.m., officials received a report of a crash involving a male pedestrian and a Honda Accord along Oro Dam Boulevard near the Fosters Freeze restaurant.
An individual was reportedly struck by the eastbound Honda while crossing the street at 970 Oro Dam Boulevard.
The Honda operator and his passenger remained at the crash site and cooperated with the law.
Fatal Oroville Accident Monday Night
Sadly, the unidentified male party was declared dead at the scene.
The wreck resulted in the closure of the highway for about an hour.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
