1 Person Killed in Monterey Park Crash on 60 Freeway near Atlantic Boulevard Off-Ramp
Monterey Park, California (January 26, 2021) – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle accident on Monday afternoon in Monterey Park, authorities said.
The deadly accident happened at about 2:30 p.m., on January 25, on Pomona (60) Freeway near Atlantic Boulevard off-ramp.
According to the California Highway Patrol, several vehicles collided on the freeway in unclear circumstances.

Sadly, one person sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
Three lanes of the freeway were closed for 2 1/2 hours, triggering a SigAlert, the officials said.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
