One Person Killed in Riverside Crash at Van Buren Boulevard and Mason Street
Riverside, California (January 23, 2021) – An 18-year-old Riverside resident was killed in a Saturday morning traffic accident in Riverside, according to a local news report.
The deadly single-vehicle accident transpired at about 12:24 a.m. at Van Buren Boulevard and Mason Street.
Authorities said a vehicle, driven by the 18-year-old Riverside resident, was headed southbound on Van Buren Boulevard, approaching Mason Street when it lost control and crashed into a street light pole.

Sadly, the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Intoxication was not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
