Pedestrian Sustains Critical Injuries in Fresno Accident at West Brawley and West Shaw Avenues
Fresno, California (January 20, 2021) – According to a Fresno police report, a pedestrian accident that took place in Fresno, January 19, seriously injured one person.
The major injury crash was reported at approximately 8:45 a.m. at West Brawley and West Shaw Avenues.
The accident involved a westbound FAX utility truck and a male party who was pushing a wheelchair along Shaw Avenue. The truck motorist, who remained at the scene following the mishap, hit the man at West Brawley Avenue under unclear circumstances.

The pedestrian sustained critical injuries and was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center for further medication.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
