Motorcyclist Killed in Interstate 5 Crash near Las Pulgas Canyon Road
Oceanside, California (January 16, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed Saturday evening in a traffic accident on Interstate 5 near Camp Pendleton, according to a local news source.
According to a California Highway Patrol report, the deadly motorcycle crash occurred at around 4:00 p.m. on the northbound side of the interstate, just north of Las Pulgas Canyon Road.
It was not immediately known if the accident involved another vehicle.
The CHP said a blue sedan was seen in the center median. According to a witness, the sedan kept going while the motorcycle was down on the highway.

The motorcyclist died in the crash. The name of the victim has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
