Ramona, California (January 10, 2021) – Two people were killed in a single-vehicle accident on Sunday morning in Ramona, authorities said.
The crash occurred at about 5 p.m. at the intersection of San Vicente Road and Wildcat Canyon Road.
According to the police, a vehicle veered off the road and crashed into a tree for undetermined reasons.
As a result of the collision, the vehicle reportedly caught fire, which spread to a small spot of the surrounding vegetation.

The driver and a passenger in the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene.
