One Killed, Three Injured in Valle Vista Crash at Mountain and Cedar Avenues
Valle Vista, California (January 9, 2021) – One person was killed and three other people were injured Saturday afternoon in a multi-vehicle collision at an intersection in the unincorporated community of Valle Vista east of Hemet, according to a local news source.
The fatal crash, which was reported at around 12:13 p.m., happened at the intersection of Mountain and Cedar avenues.
Authorities said four vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene and declared one person dead at the scene. The name of the victim was withheld pending notification of family.
Three other people sustained minor to moderate injuries. Their condition was not immediately provided.
The California Highway Patrol blocked Mountain Avenue during the investigation.
