Koreatown, California (January 8, 2021) – The Los Angeles County Sheriff-Coroner has identified the homeless man who died after being struck by an alleged hit-and-run driver in the area of Koreatown on January 8 as 25-year-old Jonathan Eduardo Gomez.
The deadly crash took place at the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and Normandie Avenue at approximately 2 a.m. on January 8.
Gomez was found lying in the street after being struck by an unspecified vehicle whose driver fled the scene.
