1 Injured in Oakland Car Crash on 580 Freeway near Golf Links Road
Oakland, California (January 8, 2021) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident in Oakland on Thursday evening.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Interstate 580 Freeway near Golf Links Road at about 6:41 p.m.
Three vehicles were involved in the accident. The manner in which the accident happened, however, was not immediately established.
The authorities who responded to the incident found one person unconscious at the scene.
One person was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
