20-Year-Old Timothy Wilson Killed in Bakersfield DUI Car Crash on Brimhall Road

Bakersfield, California (January 5, 2021) – Authorities have identified 20-year-old Timothy Michael Wilson as one of the three passengers who died following an alleged Dui car Crash on New Year’s Eve in Northwest Bakersfield.
Officers responded to the deadly crash site shortly after 11 p.m. in the 11700 block of Brimhall Road.
A white SUV operated by 20-year-old Adam Montgomery Teasdale, eastbound along the roadway, lost control and hit a tree in the center divider.
Due to the impact, three passengers riding in the back seat of the car were ejected.

All the three ejected victims, Devin Lee Atha, 20, Andrew Nicholas Ortiz, 20, and Wilson, died in the mishap.
Teasdale and another unidentified passenger in the front seat were hospitalized with minor injuries.
Meanwhile, police arrested Teasdale for gross vehicular manslaughter and DUI.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
