3 Injured, Daniel Hogue Arrested in Yucca Valley Crash on Sunland Drive
Yucca Valley, California (December 30, 2020) – Daniel Hogue, 22, has been arrested following a traffic accident that injured three people in Yucca Valley Sunday afternoon, according to a local news source.
The crash was reported at around 12:30 p.m. Sunday, December 27, in the 55900 block of Sunland Drive.
As per the report, Hogue was driving a black Ford Ranger on Sunland Drive when he crashed into a parked car.
The force of the impact caused the Ford to roll over and land on its roof.
DUI Car Crash on Sunland Drive in Yucca Valley
Hogue and his two passengers were transported to nearby hospitals with unspecified injuries. Their current conditions remained undisclosed.
Authorities later determined that Hogue was under the influence of drugs at the time of the accident. He was ultimately arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center on suspicion of DUI causing injuries.
His bail was set at $100,000.
The accident remains under investigation.
