Antelope Acres, California (December 29, 2020) – Christine Roper, 31, of Mojave, has been identified as one of the two people who were injured in a traffic accident that also left two other people dead Sunday afternoon in Antelope Acres.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash happened at about 2:59 p.m. Sunday, December 27, on Highway 138, just west of 130th Street West.

The CHP said Roper was driving a 2000 GMC Sierra eastbound on State Route 138 when she drifted into the opposite lane to pass a vehicle that was traveling in the same direction.
