1 Person Critically Injured in Oxnard Crash at Vineyard Avenue and Simon Way
Oxnard, California (December 19, 2020) – One person was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident on Friday night in Oxnard, authorities said.
The major injury accident transpired at about 7:18 p.m., on December 18, at the intersection of Vineyard Avenue and Simon Way.
According to the police, two vehicles collided at the intersection in unclear circumstances.
As a result of the collision, one of the vehicles reportedly overturned.

First responders arrived at the scene and extricated a passenger who was trapped in the wreckage. The victim was critically injured and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
It was not clear if any other person was injured in the mishap.
Traffic on the roadway was stopped for an unknown period due to the collision.
The crash remains under investigation.
