Clearlake Man Killed in Twin Lakes Crash at Highway 29 and C Street
Twin Lakes, California (December 18, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Thursday afternoon two-vehicle accident that killed a Clearlake man in Twin Lakes.
The deadly accident happened at about 5:52 p.m., on December 17, at the intersection of Highway 29 and C Street.
According to the CHP, a Toyota Corolla, driven by the Clearlake man, turned left onto Highway 29 from C Street, heading northbound.
Unfortunately, the Toyota crashed into the back of a 2001 Peterbilt truck that was pulling a flatbed trailer.

The Clearlake man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The truck driver, Brian Case, of Clearlake, and his juvenile passenger were not injured in the accident.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the mishap.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
