Ruth Reyes ID’d as Woman Killed in Perris Accident at Indian Avenue and Markham Street
Perris, California (December 12, 2020) – The Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner has identified the woman who was killed early Saturday morning in a traffic accident in Perris as Ruth Reyes, 53, of Moreno Valley.
The deadly crash happened at around 2:41 a.m. at the intersection of Indian Avenue and Markham Street.
Authorities said a red 2013 Kenworth Big Rig tractor-trailer collided with a silver 2007 Lexus at the Perris intersection for unknown reasons.

Reyes, who was the driver of the Lexus, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The operator of the Ken Worth tractor was not injured and remained at the scene to cooperate with the police. It is undetermined whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash.
