Stacey Dunnicliff ID’d as 73-Year-Old Woman Killed in Fresno Bicycle Crash at Academy Avenue and Sierra Avenue
Fresno, California (December 8, 2020) – Stacey Dunnicliff, 73, of Clovis, has been identified as the woman who was killed in a bicycle accident on Monday morning north of Clovis in Fresno, according to the Fresno County Coroner’s Office.
The deadly accident happened at about 11:15 p.m., on December 7, at Academy Avenue and Sierra Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Dunnicliff was riding her bicycle along the right shoulder of northbound Academy Avenue when, for unknown reasons, she veered left into the northbound lane of Academy Avenue.
Unfortunately, Dunnicliff was struck by a Toyota Sequoia pickup, driven by a Clovis man. As a result of the collision, the woman was ejected onto the roadway, the officials said.

Dunnicliff was flown to Community Regional Medical Center, where she was later pronounced dead.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
