Bakersfield, California (December 6, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Sunday afternoon traffic accident that killed at least one person in Shafter, Bakersfield.
The deadly accident happened at about 2:00 p.m. at Merced Avenue and Poplar Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle crashed into a tree for undetermined reasons.
