Palm Springs, California (December 4, 2020) – A woman was seriously injured in a Friday afternoon plane crash in Palm Springs, according to a local news source.
The deadly accident happened at about 2:30 p.m. at Palm Springs International Airport.
Authorities said a Cessna-like plane crashed nose-first into the pavement. The female pilot was taking off when something went wrong.

The runway was closed through late Friday evening for the cleanup and preliminary investigation, the officials said.
