1 Injured in San Francisco Car Crash on 80 Freeway near Pomona Street
San Francisco, California (November 29, 2020) – At least one person was injured in a car accident in San Francisco on Saturday night, November 28.
The accident happened at about 11:37 p.m. on Interstate 80 Freeway near Pomona Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. Although the manner in which the accident happened was yet to be established, the impact of the collision reportedly caused one of the vehicles to overturn onto its side.
One person was trapped inside the vehicle and had to be extricated before being transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
