Pedestrian Killed in Van Nuys Hit-and-Run Accident at Natick Avenue and Burbank Boulevard
Van Nuys, California (November 20, 2020) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle Thursday night at an intersection in Van Nuys, according to a local news source.
The deadly pedestrian accident happened at around 7:15 p.m. Thursday, November 19, at the intersection of Natick Avenue and Burbank Boulevard.
Authorities said the pedestrian was hit by a vehicle for unknown reasons at the Van Nuys intersection.
Pedestrian Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash in Van Nuys
The pedestrian died in the accident. The name of the victim was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, the driver involved did not stop to render aid to the victim and fled the scene. There was no description of the suspect’s vehicle or the driver.
Authorities are still searching for the hit-and-run driver.
The crash remains under investigation.
