Jamain McIntrye ID’d as Man Killed in Clayton Crash on Marsh Creek Road near Gil Drive
Clayton, California (October 27, 2020) – The man who was killed Saturday night in a traffic accident in Clayton has been identified as Jamain McIntrye, 35, of Clayton, according to authorities.
At about 11:45 p.m. Saturday, October 24, the California Highway Patrol officers received a report about the crash on Marsh Creek Road, just west of Gil Drive.
According to the California Highway Patrol, McIntrye was driving his pickup truck westbound on Marsh Creek Road when, for an unknown reason, he allowed the vehicle to drift off the roadway and crashed down an embankment.
Deadly Single-Vehicle Traffic Collision on Marsh Creek Road in Clayton
McIntyre was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is unknown if alcohol or drugs was a factor in the accident.
