Man, Woman Injured in Gustine Accident on Highway 152

Gustine, California (October 24, 2020) – A 67-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman were injured in a rollover accident on Saturday afternoon in Gustine, authorities said.
At about 1:14 p.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to the single-vehicle accident on Highway 152, just east of the Romero Visitor Center.
The CHP said a 2008 Ford Truck, driven by the man, was pulling a camper eastbound on the highway when it hit a slight decline, and the camper began to fishtail, causing the truck to lose control and rolled over.

The man sustained minor injuries. The woman, who was a passenger in the truck, suffered major injuries and was taken to Los Banos Memorial Hospital and then airlifted to a Modesto-area hospital.
The two parties were reportedly a couple from Clovis.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
An investigation into the collision is underway.
