Bakersfield 2-Car Accident at California and Quantico Avenues Seriously Injures One Person
Bakersfield, California (October 22, 2020) – One person survived with serious injuries after two vehicles crashed Tuesday night at an intersection in Bakersfield, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The major injury crash was reported at about 8:15 p.m., on October 20, at California and Quantico avenues.
The CHP did not immediately establish the circumstances that led to the collision of a Dodge Ram pickup truck and a black Mercedes at the Bakersfield intersection near Edison Highway.
Due to the impact, the Mercedes acquired front-end damage.
Major Injury Bakersfield Car Crash Tuesday Night
All involved parties, including a juvenile who was hurt, were attended to by medical personnel.
One unidentified victim was confirmed to have been hospitalized with major injuries sustained in the mishap.
Authorities shut down the highway as they investigated and cleared the scene.
