San Francisco, California (October 22, 2020) – Authorities have identified the motorcyclist who died in a hit-and-run accident Wednesday morning at an intersection in San Francisco as Jeffery Larry, 42, of San Francisco.

The deadly motorcycle crash, which was reported at about 4:18 a.m. Wednesday, October 14, happened at the intersection of Hayes Street and Masonic Avenue.

According to the authorities, Larry was riding his motorcycle down at the San Francisco intersection when he was struck by a vehicle for an unknown reason.

First responders arrived at the scene and found Larry lying next to his bike. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle did stop to render aid and fled the scene. There was no description of the suspect’s vehicle or the driver.

Police are still searching for the hit-and-run driver.

The accident remains under investigation. Anyone with information on the suspect’s whereabouts is asked to contact the San Francisco Police Department.
