San Fernando, California (October 21, 2020) – One person was struck and seriously injured by a train on Tuesday evening in San Fernando, authorities said.
The major injury pedestrian accident transpired at about 7:15 p.m., on October 20, on Antelope Valley line 223 near Brand Boulevard.
According to the police, the victim was struck by a Metrolink train that was traveling northbound on the Antelope Valley line 223 to Lancaster. The factors that contributed to the accident are yet to be established.
