Matthew Winks Killed, Dylan Moyle Arrested after Jamestown Pedestrian Crash at Fifth Avenue and 7th Street
Jamestown, California (October 13, 2020) – Dylan Colby Moyle has been identified as the suspect who was arrested after a hit-and-run accident that killed Matthew Winks, 42, of Jamestown, earlier this month in Jamestown, authorities said.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly pedestrian accident happened on Saturday, October 3, at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and 7th Street.
The CHP said a white 1998 Ford F-150 struck winks at the intersection in unclear circumstances.
Dylan Moyle Arrested after Fatal Jamestown Pedestrian Crash
Winks was pronounced dead at the scene.
Moyle fled the scene and was later arrested on Tuesday in Manteca in connection to the deadly hit-and-run. He was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
