San Jose Car Accident near Story Road and McLaughlin Avenue Injures Several People
San Jose, California (October 12, 2020) – A traffic collision that was reported Sunday afternoon, in San Jose, injured a total of eight people.
The collision took place at about 12:30 p.m. near Story Road and McLaughlin Avenue.
The accident happened when a 69-year-old party operating a 2004 Toyota 4-Runner tried to park and accidentally accelerated before striking three women and five men who were at an outdoor dining in the Grand Century Mall.
San Jose Car Accident Sunday Afternoon
Two of the eight victims reportedly sustained life-threatening injuries following the mishap.
All eight patients and the Toyota driver, who had suffered minor injuries, were hospitalized after the mishap.
The accident remains under investigation.
