Baker, California (October 7, 2020) – Isaac Martel White, 25, of Memphis, Tennessee, has been identified as one of the two victims who were killed in a two-vehicle accident on Friday night in Baker, authorities said.
The deadly two-vehicle accident transpired at about 9:48 p.m., on October 2, on Interstate 15 near mile marker 142.
As per the police report, a compact car, driven by White, was traveling at a high rate of speed
when it crossed over the center median and struck an SUV, operated by James Jin Kao, 52, of Rancho Mirage, in unclear circumstances.

Sadly both White and Kao were pronounced dead at the scene.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
