Man Killed in Midway District Pedestrian Accident on Sports Arena Boulevard near West Point Loma Boulevard
Midway District, California (September 23, 2020) – A man was hit and killed by a vehicle on Wednesday morning in Midway District, San Diego, police said.
The deadly pedestrian crash occurred shortly before 5:00 a.m. on Sports Arena Boulevard near West Point Loma Boulevard, just south of Interstate 8.
According to the police, the male pedestrian, in his 30s, was struck by the vehicle in unclear circumstances.

The pedestrian was rushed to UCSD Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
