Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on Sprowl Creek Road near Old Briceland Road in Garberville
Garberville, California (September 19, 2020) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision involving a pickup truck in Garberville on Friday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 3:15 p.m. September 18, on Sprowl Creek Road west of Old Briceland Road.
A motorcycle was traveling westbound on Sprowl Creek Road when he drifted across the centerline and collided head-on with a pickup truck.
The rider suffered major injuries in the crash and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The truck driver was unhurt.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
