Natomas, California (September 15, 2020) – Austin Dubinetskiy, 21, was hospitalized after being involved in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident during a sideshow in the Natomas neighborhood of Sacramento Saturday night, authorities said.

The accident happened shortly after 10:00 p.m. Saturday, September 12, at Target parking lot near the intersection of North Freeway Boulevard and Promenade Circle.

According to the authorities, Dubinetskiy was hit by a vehicle that was doing donuts.

Dubinetskiy sustained major injuries, including internal bleeding, a broken pelvis, and multiple fractures around his body. He was transported to a hospital for treatment.

The driver of the vehicle involved did not stop to render aid to Dubinetskiy and fled the scene. The suspect vehicle was described as a silver or gray Infiniti or Nissan-style sedan.

Police are still searching for the hit-and-run driver.

The crash remains under investigation.
