1 Killed in Paramount Car Accident on Glenn Anderson Freeway and Long Beach Freeway
Paramount, California (September 11, 2020) – One person was killed in a traffic accident on Friday morning in Paramount, authorities said.
The deadly accident transpired at about 6:30 a.m. on the transition road from the westbound Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway to the southbound Long Beach (710) Freeway.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a female party was ejected from a vehicle. The manner at which the crash occurred is yet to be established.
Sadly, the ejected female was pronounced dead at the scene.
Traffic on the roadway was stopped for an unknown period due to the accident.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
