The accident happened at around 8:24 a.m. Sunday, September 6, at the intersection of Madrid Street and Brazil Avenue.

As per the report, a three-year-old boy was riding his standing scooter at Madrid Street and Brazil Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle that was making a left turn.
