Man Airlifted after Victorville Car Accident on Hesperia Road near Seneca Drive
Victorville, California (September 1, 2020) – One person was injured in a single-vehicle accident on Tuesday evening in Victorville, police said.
The crash happened at about 5:00 p.m. on Hesperia Road, just north of Seneca Drive.
A witness told the police that a Gold Chevy Cobalt lost control while attempting to avoid a vehicle that pulled out from a nearby business. As a result, the Chevy flipped over several times.
First responders arrived at the scene and extricated the driver from the vehicle.
The Chevy’s male driver was taken to Victor Valley Global Medical Center, where he was airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center for further treatment.
Traffic on both northbound lanes of Hesperia Road was stopped at Seneca Drive due to the accident.
No further details about the crash were immediately available.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
