Woman Killed in Oildale Car Accident on Olive Drive and Roberts Lane
Oildale, California (August 29, 2020) – A woman was killed in a single-vehicle accident on Friday morning in Oildale, police said.
As per the CHP log, the crash happened at about 6:48 a.m. at the intersection of Olive Drive and Roberts Lane.
The California Highway Patrol said the woman crashed into a light pole in unclear circumstances.
First responders arrived at the scene and found the woman unconscious and trapped inside the vehicle.
Sadly, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
