At Least 1 Killed in Bass Lake Big Rig Accident on Beasore Road near Road 274
Bass Lake, California (August 28, 2020) – At least one person was killed in a big rig accident on Friday morning in Bass Lake, Madera County, authorities said.
The deadly crash happened at about 8:41 a.m. on Beasore Road, about two miles north of Road 274.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a big rig with a tanker trailer went down an embankment in unclear circumstances.
At least one person was killed in the accident.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
